Make Your Next Event Venue a Memorable One

Kingston District Shrine Club is a great kingstonian facility venue that can accommodate a variety of functions from business meetings, luncheons, class reunions, family reunions, retirement parties, etc.

Kingston is centrally located between Montreal and Toronto and just a two-hour drive from Ottawa and Syracuse.

Catering, Alcohol and Music

You can hire your own caterer, bring your own food, music groups or DJs. If you do not have a list of caterers, our Facility Manager will be glad to provide a list to you. Beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages can be served if required. These items must be purchased through our bar, which is operated by the Kingston District Shrine Club and staffed by Shrine members (you cannot bring in your own alcohol). Our dance floor area has a stage that will accommodate a DJ or a band.

Facility Capacity

Our facilities seat up to 241 people, depending on seating arrangements (see details for different rooms below). Any event over 200 guests seated will probably have less dance floor space. Please keep this in mind when planning. Our Facility Manager will be glad to assist you in planning your seating and table arrangements for your event. The inside accommodations of our facility offer plenty of space to hold your event.

Licensed Commercial Kitchen

An Automatic Defibrillator is on site. In addition to the two bars, a licensed commercial kitchen is available and the cost of renting such can be determined by the Facilities Manager (depending on how it is used for the event) at the time of Rental.

Convenient Location / Near By Accommodations

Our rental facility is located in the Cataraqui Westbrook at the intersection of Princess St and Cataraqui Woods Dr. / Collins Bay Rd. We are easily accessible from Highway 401 and Highway 2 (Princess St.). We are close to the Cataraqui Mall area and over Princess Street where several overnight accommodations are situated for your convenience.


Outside, there is 50 parking spaces and two big grass lawn areas that can be also arranged for a fee with a tent and chairs if required.

Long-Term Rental

We are open to offer long term rental contracts (minimum of one year contracts) to groups that are looking for a space to hold meetings or banquets. Contact our office if you are interested in long-term rental prices.
